Hello everyone,
Recently a lot of people have come up to me and have asked me how come your so happy? How do you have such a good outlook on life? People assume that just because i'm suffering from panic attacks doesn't mean I cant be happy. (more here on panic attacks.) So today i'm going to share with you how I stay positive and happy.
P.S. this could be a long one.
Step 1: Always think about the positive, if you have something negative going on in your life think of positive and happy ways to overcome it. Never dwell on the negative as you will always think of the worst possible things that could happen.
Fact: 99% of the things that we worry about don't come true!
If you think positive, you will be positive.
Step 2: Don't think about the past and don't think about the future your in the present so live it. The past wont hurt you and the future is yet to come so live in the moment and you wont take anything for granted later on in life.
Step 3: The world is your oyster, its your life you run it you don't need anybody else to tell you what to do (unless illegal.) Life is what you make it and you only get one shot,so just YOLO it, you do only live once remember.
Step 4: Don't be angry. I know its hard to say but if your angry it puts others and you in a bad mood.What the point in anger anyway its like holding onto a hot stone, if you keep holding on your only going to get burnt.
Step 5: Appreciate the little things in life because those little things can make a difference from having a good day or a bad day.
Step 6: Respect the fact that bad things are going to happen and that you cant change the fact that they are you just have to live and let go.
Step 7: Don't sweat the small stuff!
Step 8: Accept your mistakes, don't beat your self up about it,just accept it and try to learn from your mistakes and forgive them.
Step 9: Help other people as you will feel better for it afterwards and treat people how you would like to be treated.
Step 10: Remember how lucky you are, there are people starving without a home while your reading this on a phone or a computer so don't take thinks for granted.
Step 11: Treat yourself, you feel better for it afterwards. Save up for something nice maybe a new lipstick or even just have a bubble bath because because there free.
